Cindy and Carla are a wonderful team and really care about your pet. Our elderly beagle/basset mix stayed there along with our Aus. Shepherd. Our beagle had an infection around her eye that we had looked at but our vet didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Her meds didn't seem to be working and Cindy was very concerned while she was staying there. She got a hold of me and offered to take her to the vet. We were picking her up the next day anyway so we said we would just take her. When we picked her up Cindy offered the appt she had scheduled with her vet for her own pet to us for Lola which we gladly accepted. Unfortunately we ended up having to put Lola down after fighting the infection for a few weeks but our pups received excellent care while they were there. Planning on returning with our Aus Shepherd and our new little mini aus shepherd next week!
